I'm bored. Lets see videos of the musicians, or like me the wannabes out there.
Just learned this song yesterday, so I messed up in a few places

I'll take a quick vid of me when I get home, but here is #1 with his real trumpet. He was so excited.
Sadly, I have lost the video. Imagine, if you will, my youngest (then in the Texas Tech "Big Red Band from Raiderland") speed-playing "I Wish I Was an Oscar Meyer Weiner" on his trumpet, in front of the Weinermobile, in exchange for swag.
A truly American moment.
This may be embarrassing. I did not review it. Also I'm not much of a singer. Couple that with I had just put the kids to bed and I was trying to be quiet. Anyway, enough excuses.
let's get more of these. It's fun.

You're not giving yourself enough credit! I wish I had the confidence to sing in front of anyone other than my kids, in a goofy manner.
Your voice reminds me of Ryan Adams. I bet you could rock this E36 M3!
In reply to poopshovel again and mtn :
Thanks. im a hack at best but it was fun. Jazzed me up about getting my recording stuff out again soon.
Let's get more going! Guitars and singing not required.
In reply to ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ :
Dude, damn.
Also, is anyone against double dipping, so to speak? Local road project literally destroyed the only local "open mic" venue. And yes, this is a threat
In reply to barefootskater :
My vote is for double dipping to the point that this is the size of the hotlink thread, have at it!
In reply to ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ :
I will if you will.
Also, gonna call out some folks.
IanF! PeteG! Curtis!
There are others but I've had a long week and memory lacks.
In reply to barefootskater :
Fine I can be the first to double dip- this is the last song I played yesterday.
In reply to barefootskater :
Ha! I'll have to see if I can find any old ones. I've not touched my bass since I hauled home the DSM though.
Edit: I forgot I'd uploaded some to YouTube.
Deleted because I got a copyright complaint on YT. I may try a Prince song just to see if the same thing happens.
I actually switched my amp on today. So, here you go. Out of practice covers. Let's keep this thread going.
As usual, forgive the mistakes. I don't think I've played this one in a few years, and I've never been a very fast rhythm player.
* literally just watched it. I learned that my niece is way louder than my attenuated amp. 3yo>1.5w.
In reply to Keith Tanner :
You habitually show how tech savvy you are on this board. I'm sure you could figure it out.
Another thread reminded me of this one so I'm bringing it back with this video from today- getting closer to having this song down, I hope...
