True. Although it gets weird when someone tells you you have great tits. Weirder when you're a dude.

The profanity is much more important than the grammar of the profanity!
I take great umbrage with your remarks!

But now if I say "You are an a...", it becomes "You are an shiny happy person". Now my insult is grammatically incorrect!
I vote this word should be replaced by a word or phrase beginning with the same letter.
Please explain to me what is now allowed? Remember I was born in the 1940's. So jargon and slang will likely go right over my head.
I ask because I was banished for using non family friendly language

My father told me, " Profanity is the sign of an ignorant mind attempting to express itself".
He did that right before I entered the Navy.
Perhaps most people aren't aware of the great pride sailors take in using profanity. A good sailor could speak for 5 minutes without uttering anything other than Profanities, obscenity's, and vulgarities.
A 4.0 Sailor could swear all day without repeating anything.
I think the word police have taken on an impossible task as there are many ways a creative wordsmith can impart the same thought.
There are also cultural meaning of some words that are not taken into consideration.
So you can see the word police cannot possible exterminate the communication of certain ideas, concepts, or names.
I could expound on this but testing the limits of twisting the mod's knickers is not todays goal.
It all seems on the puritanical side from where I sit. Childish even, bordering on hypocritical.
I hear these words every day on my TV, and even the ones that are bleeped it is obvious what the word is, so why hide it if the thought is still communicated?
I for one, am glad that the powers that be still care enough to fight against the scourge of profanity. We should know that our speech is a model for young people. We should view the forum as an extension of polite society and not a place where "shop talk" is acceptable.

If this is something we can vote on, can we filter the D-word into something else like swinging richard?
I want to make the Team America motivational speech fully filter-compliant.

This is why correct grammar is so important!

The female p word is Bob Costas.
The poopy s word is E36 M3.
