Must be the replacement ball fee like one of the local putt putt courses used to have. I think it was the same as half a round for another ball if you lost the issued one.
It's too bad. I read about these sorts of things in electrical trade magazines every month - it's not necessarily common, but poor installation of electrical equipment can certainly be dangerous and sometimes deadly.
Yeah, I read about incidents like this in the ASHI forums. GFCI breakers are more expensive than regular ones and people will cheap out, with deadly results. It typically happens in kitchens. Come to think of it, I need to put a GFCI in my kitchen; they were not required when the house was built.
