after paying $1000.00 a couple of months ago it finally came and of course it is damaged, not sure it will effect the operation just disappointed, one of the cylinders had leaked out in the box and some assembly instruction would be helpful, maybe they are online, I will put it together and see if can lift a e46 and advise them of the condition it was delivered.

Huh, when mine arrived the cylinders were empty -- nothing to leak.

Assembly is fairly straightforward -- you've already got the silver-colored canisters attached, which was the least obvious part. Male quick disconnects on the pump side, to the female hose. Male ends on the other end of the hose, female fittings go into the hydraulic cylinder with 90-degree fittings . I route the hoses down the length of the ramp (underneath) and out the gap below the front plate (the one with the big warning label on it).

Fill the reservoir with ATF, and then cycle it up and down a bunch of times with the car on it, starting with a low rise and working up to full height. This is to bleed the air out of it -- I was warned that if you don't do that, it's possible to get pressurized air bubbles locking the valves in the quick disconnects closed, and then the ramp won't go down. The safety locks are pretty self-explanatory, and the instructions have big warnings to never lift without using the rubber bumpers in the pockets on the ramps.

Buddy of mine has one, he likes it. Of course, none of his stuff is EVAR finished before he gets to the track...
