Great book. I cried several times.
One part I liked was how it pointed out that racing can be a fickle mistress, how someone with such talent just never hits it big. That theme was also heavy in the Stig book.

The first half is a great book. The second half almost seems written by a different person. It's...less good.
Still, it averages out to be above-average!

It struck me as if the first half of this book was written by a genius and second, by a high school sophomore on the night before his English paper was due.
And, not the smartest sophomore, either...

I was thinking about getting a copy. If you can point out where the change occurs (chapter/pg) I may just read it that far.....
