I had never seen this picture until pretty recently while going through my Mom's stuff. It's my Dad and grandma, early 70's at the cottage. Not your typical SIL/MIL situation, these two were two peas in a pod and could be trouble together. It captures them perfectly

Ever since the Gulf Wyer Ford GT's at LeMans in the sixties I've been a fan of the the two main colors. They are my favorite colors. We now have lilies and hydrangeas in our yard that approximate that great color combination:
