In front of the driver side rear tire. This hose was hanging and had been dragging today. 
 

What is it?

Probably a drain

It's the fuel tank evaporation hose. If it's unhooked long enough you will get a check engine light for evap system leak.  It's a common failure on them.

I was gonna say evap hose.

I'm surprised it hasn't thrown a code already.

Good call.  Thank you and I'll try to repair that before I get a light.  So far nothing, though.

It may never.  That end is the fresh air side of the vent solenoid.  The hose probably goes up to a filter in the fuel filler neck area or something.

If there are no hose clamps or O ring sealed quick disconnects, it is on the unsealed side of the evap system.
