About a year ago I lost my dog walker and haven't been able to find a replacement. Ollie is stuck in the house for too long and pees. I didn't have any options and it was only during work so i lived with it. Now he's doing it while I'm home and overnights at my girlfriend's house. I can't have him doing this but haven't been able to stop him. I'm open to any suggestions to fix this. It's becoming a big problem.
How old is Ollie? When was his last vet checkup?

Very good, these are the first two questions that came to mind for me.
Also, is he neutered? Prostatic hyperplasia occurs in intact male dogs.
Every behavior problem should start with excluding medical causes, and there's a bunch of possibilities.
In the meantime, let me once again share my favorite source for online veterinary advice, veterinarypartner.com

He's 13, neutered, and his last check up was three months ago. A recurring ear issue but everything else is good.

Is UTI (urinary tract infection) as possibility? Boys can get them too?
Second thought... Does the GF have dogs too? Is this peeing about "spot marking"? Is this an attempt on Ollie's part to try to assert some dominance? Is it possible that he has lost his feeling of dominance in the home and is marking to "spread himself" around the house?

Thanks, that gives me a pretty good idea.

It doesn't seem to be that, it's always fight by the door like he wanted to go outside but it's more frequent and he doesn't warn me anymore.
Rules out prostatic hyperplasia. Still, I would recommend a work up for the specific problem you are describing.
UTI is possible, but an uncomplicated UTI should not occur in a male dog. Lot of possible reasons to be concerned about.

I'm calling the vet tomorrow. We tested for a UTI, getting him to per in a cup was a fun trick.
