They are clear coated metal, no paint. Walmart asks for specific cars so they have done these for the last couple years, in the past they used windshield banners, logo tires and redline tires for the WM specific cars. Zamacs have been very popular and it appears they will continue for 2015.

Usually they will also do a special color car for the conventions which has been zamac in California for the mystery machine and in Chicago for the ecto1. I believe they had a chrome car in the east convention last year and a mirror gold batmobile in California.

Christmas displays are up at Kroeger/Frys depending on your part of the country.

Found a roll cage RX7, the Initial D AE86 and a couple more Homers. Don't worry, I left at least 3 others there for the next guy.

I've got that Funny car in green. I swear they've been using the same funny car chassis for 30+ years.

B case card are out there, RSR in metal flake black and the 240z in charcoal, both look awesome. Once PB starts responding I'll post pics.

Also, Kdays is Saturday so if you've never opened a sealed case this event is for you! Go to your local Kmart at 9:00am and get a ticket, they will have twelve to thirty cases that they will hand out. Pick through pick out what you like and buy them, also the mailin car for this event is a 59 caddy funny car.

I have a collection of funny cars for trade or sale, all racing champion, Johnny Lightning or other "race" brands

Couple hundred if I remember correctly, they are boxed up but if you are interested I can dig them out.

I'm anxiously awaiting finding that Z soon. the black RSR looks really nice from the pictures I've seen as well. Nice score.

No new stuff here yet but I did find some of the Halloween series and the El Camino T-Hunt.

Hells bells. I stopped at two walmarts today. One for breakfast makins and one for some oil and sundry items. The dump bins bamboozled me. I have to sort them every time I see one. Then I organize them. It pisses Walmart off because I stack the cars all nice like. After I take what I want. The first Walmart had batman chase cases thick as well as nearly all the fnf cars. I also caught a few random I wanted, like the 240 and a snoopy. The second one, holy hell it was b-case heaven. 2 of the cj-5 hunts, snoopy, bat mobiles, another 620, a new chevelle colorway, the supervan with that wicked burgundy paint, and wouldn't you know it, a $uper kool kombi. Once I get home from work, I will. I'm guessing b-case based on what else was in that bin but I'll double check.

It should be a case but everything else there is b case. The regular hunt for a was the chrome chicane. B case super is the rrrroadster

Oh, above the jhook is a multi digit code starts or ends with the intended case code.

It is in fact, an a case kombi. How it got in there is anyone's guess. That Walmart is usually picked over before.I get there, and I guarantee itd been in that bin at least 3 days before I got it.

Sounds like it. Because there's no way in hell I should have gotten a kombi $uper out of it, And the cj's are b-case so its not like there was two cases in there. Im sure the kombi was in with the jeeps.

Finally! Got some new case stuff. The Chicane is a TH, looked for a kombi hunt but was to no avail. It was a crappily placed dump bin and I got annoyed a short but after I found these guys.
