Ive got some huge 40" metal ball bearing drawer slides. In a van so they get dirty. I need a good lube.

I'm thinking white lithium grease?

or a dry grease?

what say you?

Hose them out with brake clean to clean them, then I'd also use white lithium.

I use silicone plug boot grease, often called dielectric grease on my toolbox ball bearing slides.  Pretty sure that's what the OEMs use on drawer slides.  It's very viscous so it sticks around and doesn't drip off.

Those in the know use engine assembly lube.
