My vote would be to sell it. CL/ FB, let the buyer deal with disassembly however they see fit. Maybe offer to help. Make bloody well sure they know there's a deadline, and make the deadline at least 2 weeks before closing.
Lumber prices are insane these days. That much lumber loosely assembled into a shed-like formation's got to be worth something to somebody.
