He made the Roger Moore era of Bond memorable. RIP big guy.

When they didn't use his character's famous "took his berking head off" line in the new Longest Yard, I stopped watching.

It took quite an actor to make a seven foot tall enforcer with metal teeth who only says four words in two movies to make that guy into a sympathetic character. Sad to hear he's gone, but it seems he's had a long and full life. Many giants don't make it very long.

The story about him working as a bouncer was interesting - if anything, it seems like him concentrating on being extremely polite could come across as downright terrifying.

That is a bummer. I loved him in the Bond films. He will be missed.

I bet he doesn't have to wait in line at the Pearly Gates.
