I wouldn't mind a return to form a la the first film.
A lot of films have the scope of the sequel increase drastically and they (literally) lose the plot
I can only think of the old Funhaus bit discussing the Vin Diesel Pyramid Scheme: he makes Fast & The Furious films to finance Riddick films to pay for The Last Witch-Hunter 3. The tagline of The Last Witch-Hunter 3 will be "If you like this one, wait until I make The Last Witch-Hunter 2."
