Page after page of weeping for a douche nozzle like Steve Jobs yet nada for one of the guys responsible for everything we (Jobs included) take for granted about computing today?

Without Unix and C there would be no Steve Jobs or Bill Gates with legacy to leave. You wouldn't be reading this on the internet.

Wow. I've taken a class or two in Unix, and I'm a firm believer that Linux is superior in every way to Windows, but if I've ever heard the man's name before, I have completely forgotten it.
