VAR did not exist back then and neither the referee nor the linesman saw it well enough to call it.
Yeah the ref somehow didn't see it. Which is crazy considering Maradona was considerably shorter then the English keeper that he somehow beat to the ball.
That game really summed up Maradona the hand of god goal and the second goal probably one of the all time great goals in the world cup as he leaves half the English team behind him
I didn't know he let himself go towards the tail end of his career.
