Got to meet him, he came and hung out at the small dog fiesta friends of ours hold annually. Pretty cool little dog, I was saddened to hear of his passing.

My friend who is into Chinese cresteds said that was a very poorly taken care of dog.

Not sure what they base that opinion on, I know his owner and she took very good care of him. Granted he may have had a hard life before coming to her, I don't know his history before her care, but he was not a poorly cared for dog.
