What a class Gentleman.  Always gracious to me and yet after a week of me racing wearing the same unwashed drivers suit  he put his arm around me and smiled for the camera.

I'm certain I was pungent. But I understand why he was so popular as a driver that his career continued well into his 70's.

Make no mistake he would give as he got, but if you were fair he'd give you a polite little wave as he passed.
I was 11 years old when I read about Sterling Moss.  The more I read the more I respected him. Please read  All But My Life  by Sir Sterling Moss.

Came across this BBC documentary of Moss, hosted by Patrick Stewart.  Pretty good watch.

One of the great ones. I always enjoyed seeing him at Lime Rock. And he always had good stories, usually including crumpets (not the English biscuits you have with tea).
