You might not know the name, but if you're into SoCal punk then you're probably familiar with his beats. Steve Soto, who played bass for Agent Orange, Social Distortion, the Adolescents and several other OC bands, passed away in his sleep last night.
Been listening to his music all day on sxm faction punk. RIP
Sad. Agent Orange was one of my favorite bands in the 80’s.
I knew he was in Agent Orange, but didn't know he did a stint in Social D.
A little before my time, but unfortunate nonetheless. The silver lining is that it seemed natural rather than a suicide.
