But, yeah, lots of my college weekend nights consisted of getting loaded and watching Wes Craven movies with the lights out. RIP, sir.
My brother was his Associate Producer for many years. Reviewed scripts, did research, and occupied the Director's chair when Mr. Craven was not on the set.
He was a fascinating guy. Very creative.
Know what he wanted to do more than anything? Write children's stories. Kind of hard to break in once you've established your reputation in horror films.
