I have a friend in the Seattle area building a Fairmont and is needing a cage built. Are there any reputable places he should look into. He talked to a couple places but they are quoting him 4-4.5K for a simple 6 point with door bars. That seems a little excessive to me.

I've heard bad things about 425 motorsports.  I know there is a company called godspeed or something that I saw a lot online (FB & CL).

I would reach out to Joe harlan at top tech motorsports in Portland, he may know of a fab shop up in Seattle area.

Thanks!

Did you try Group 2 Motorsports already? If not, might be worth a call. I've only ever bought parts from them; never used their fab services, but worth a call if you haven't already.

Dave Clark at Dave Clark Motorsports. I bet he's built the cages in 90% of the rally cars in the pacnw. This sort of work is never inexpensive but he's reasonable. More important, I've trusted his work with my life and I wouldn't look anywhere else.
