There is a pretty neat local Tilapia farm in downtown Detroit actually. They use the upstairs for the tilapia tanks - and the fish are really packed in there. The waste water from the tanks fertilizes and irrigates the salad greens they grow downstairs. It's a pretty cool setup and I would think about eating the fish locally.
That is if we didn't have so many better local options for fresh fish.
