Reading the requirements strictly, I was also going to say Wasa crackers.
But with a nod to Indy-Guy, I prefer mine with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese.
I also dig a Mini Babybel or a few peanuts, but now we're really missing the brief. I don't know what the requirements are based on, but any one of these items and just enough willpower to let them actually hit my stomach are usually more satisfying than just a cracker/rice cake/whatever, and still not that many calories.
