95 Caprice wagon shell. What you see is what you get (not the door and fenders you see on the ground, but whatever is on the trailer.) Have title but not in my name. Bought it for parts and got what I needed.

Make offer/trade/scrap. Its at least an entertaining CL ad. Carlisle, PA.

Got what you needed today. As soon as you let it go, you're going to need something else from that car. Just park it next to that boat.

its already on a trailer, why not just scrap it yourself if you will get 300 either way. dont have to mess with CL

steel way down, he's lucky if that's $150 right now.

i recommend, if it does go scrap, cut the lower quarters off including the spare tire well and sell on the impala forum. i'd be game, but the older i get the less i want to take on insane daunting projects that start with a shell. says the guy who is going to pick up a non rolling shell in a couple weeks.

Cut up the body, sell the frame to a street rod guy.

All good suggestions. Steel is about $5/100 so I figure I'd get $125 tops, and I would have to notarize the title to my name which saps $30 out of the deal. I did find one 'yard that would take it for scrap without the title being in my name, but its 250 miles away so that's $50 in fuel to get it there. Thought about cutting it up so I didn't have to do the title, but that would be $50 in acetylene and electric for the plasma torch. I thought about snagging the axle and spindles, but then I have a non-rolling pile of junk.

I thought about keeping the quarters, but the spare tire well is the only spot that DOES have rust on this thing. Its always the first to go.

Anything I do to it will require large amounts of labor and materials for very little income. Thought I'd see if anyone wants to buy it and if not, I'll scrap it.

Oh... and any folks with power who happen on this thread... I thought I put it in 2015 classifieds. Can someone move this thread over there?
