We lost our beautiful Molly tonight. She was a very, very good girl.
So sorry for your loss. She looked like the best girl in the world with her powder sugar face. I hope she is getting endless treats and belly rubs over the rainbow bridge.
I'm sure she was the Goodest Girl.
She had a loving family while she was here, and that must have meant the world to her.
"In Mongolia, when a dog dies, he is buried high in the hills so people cannot walk on his grave. The dog’s master whispers in the dog’s ear his wishes that the dog will return as a man in his next life. Then his tail is cut off and put beneath his head, and a piece of meat of fat is cut off and placed in his mouth to sustain his soul for its journey; before he is reincarnated, the dog’s soul is freed to travel the land, to run across the high desert plains for as long as it would like."
I always liked this quote. I have visions of all the goodest boys and girls that I have had and have gone ahead just running flat out in wide open fields. Ears flapping and tongues lolling out of their mouths. Nothing but joy at the thrill of running and air whipping by. Shes running now. And every now and then she thinks about you and waiting patiently to see you again.
