having issues on the build thread section. chrome browser, tried incognito mode and still having issues. banner doesn't go all the way to the top when you scroll, and getting an add midway down. not seeing it on other sections of the site.

The ad halfway down is a normal thing. It's been that way for a while. At least for me.
You could ask me a question about the ads, and honestly, I wouldn't know. I have successfully trained myself to completely ignore online advertising. It's like it isn't even there.
Yes, that's a standard banner position. If you'd like to remove it (and almost every other ad banner) while supporting the site, you can always subscribe to GRM+.
