I guess tech workers are board with cow tipping.

This is why I don't drive the Fiat to the local university for drunken gatherings....

Maybe there aren't any cows available in the urban hipster environ occupied by tech workers?
Also, those Car2Go things are bloody everywhere and usually in the way of the good parking spots, which they don't pay for BTW.
Doesn't justify tipping them over, but it's probably too much work to carry them to the water (at least until the waterfront tunnel work is finished).
We had a traveller who drove a SmartCar. A few big guys spun it sideways in her parking spot one day, which had the side benefit of blocking the driver's door of the (annoying) person next to her. Neither of them were very happy about it, and the one whose door was blocked isn't smart enough to figure out she could get in the passenger door and drive away, thereby allowing Smarty to drive away as well. They ended up calling security .

That's just depressing, it's not like they put the car between concrete pylons or anything immobile like some people have done.

car2go is a great way to get around a city. you basically pay by minute for car rental. Theere are tons of them in the city. They have an agreement with the city that all parking is free. The insurance and gas is included, you just pay for the time. It's like a zip car but built for commuters. Using a car2go is cheaper to commute than paying for expensive parking per month with insurance, maint and gas. It's owned by mercedes benz or BMW I think.

You're not a frat boy who's mind is clouded by malted hops and bong resin. Poo, in its most basic form is extremely humorous to them, too.

back in high school, we figured out that 6 of us could lift up one kid's Festiva and set it wherever we wanted. it got spun around backwards and sideways and even put on the sidewalk a couple of times.. this was before they put wheelchair ramps to get up on the sidwsalk, so he had to drive down the sidewalk to the gravel parking lot at the other end of the school to leave because his cute little car couldn't drive over the curb without hanging up on something.. one time we put it under the awning in the doorway, but almost got in trouble for that because of something lame called "fire codes" or whatever...
was it a nice thing to do? no.. but it was funny at the time, and looking back it is still pretty damn funny..
when I had my VW beetle.. I came out of work to find it moved and a couple of parking tickets on the windshield. Seems my co-workers picked it up and moved it over a space (into the no parking area) so one of them could park their car.
Moving a car is funny. Damaging a car by tipping it is vandalism and being a total dick. Big difference IMHO.

have you never heard of urban livestock.. I have seen people walk chickens, sheep, goats, pigs, and small horses on leashes down greenwood. In west seattle, I know of two homes with angus cattle on 3/4 of an acre.

Yes, all of this.
Girl in high school had a Yugo that we would move once a week, on an embankment, in a ditch, between trees etc. juvenile sense of humor....
