Yep, another useless mndsm thread. Threw it in offtopic so y'all could take your shots. Currently wear roughly a size 8 fitted cap (New Era 5950, for those that care). I do plan on trying some on as soon as I get a chance to get to the local racing distributor, but I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with helmets for giant heads.
Yeah, just got to a good race shop and try them on first. I forget my actual size but I need XL size myself. I can tell you that Simpson's generally do not fit a large head or a round head.

I wear a Bell M3Xtra. Hat size 8 1/4. Had problems with the last one I bought with the lining being installed crooked. Bell was a hassle to deal with and never did fix it to my satisfaction. If there's a better option I'd gladly never buy from Bell again. But those of us with freakishly large heads don't have many options.

Possibly, but you might be able to find left over extra huge ones that somebody had in stock and then could never sell...
Excellent counterpoint. I'll have to muse on this one as I learn e30 BMW's (Apparently i'm in charge of learning German cars, since I'm the one with one already, for our chumpcar team.)
I picked up a XXL G-Force from Discovery parts and it fits my big noggin'. They have a size converter on their web site (from measurement to XXL or whatever).
I have a giant head and have really only had luck with g-force.
