Did this on Sunday:
A sampling of some of the vehicles on display:
Finished a quick satin paint job on my mini truck and got it back together in time to take it to a cruise event that I attend every month.

Well, I had a truly great Saturday. Unexpectedly. Last night my friend Howie, a huge Triumph guy, asked me if I wanted to go on a road trip to Gloucester, MA to visit a friend, another British car guy who is selling off his collection of parts and cars. (We're all aging out of this hobby, unfortunately). Well, "Joe N" is a wonderful, wonderful person. Great history in Northeast motorsports. Raced an FP Spitfire (still has this) and a Formula Vee in SCCA 50 years ago. Great mechanical guy. Great collector. He still has about a dozen very collectible British classics in good condition in his garages. And they are great cars. Joe had many great stories. Did I mention he is a great person? So my friend Howie bought a set of brand new 1994 vintage competition axles for his '68 Spit (my old car) from Joe, and a pair of HS2 SU carbs and brand new clutch assembly for his '74 Spit, as well as a new LS diff. A great time was had by all. I have no pics out of deference to our wonderful host. But we all had a great day.
All I can say about those 1994 axles is that they're beautiful. And I will post a pic when Howie installs them on the '68 Spit.
Continuing to work on my bathroom. Cleaned up a lot of the bathroom. Fixed one wire connector on my 240Z.

Thanks. I got so sick so fast the other day that I was sure it was Covid. But I tested negative and it seems to be progressing quickly. Last Benadryl was at 11am. I'm going to see how the night goes, try to take advantage of the extra hour of sleep and drag my butt in for another 24 hour shift tomorrow morning.
Fingers crossed...a little overnight rain would make me very happy, but that seems unlikely.
Blowing and sucking up leaves all weekend. Not fun, but totally necessary. I'm spending LOTS of time on this both this weekend and the upcoming week.
Sunday we did this:
Lots of vendors selling lots of "stuff" to lots of people who probably don't really need it. First time for us. Once and done.
Here in OKC, the last 24 hours has been spent watching the weather. I think the sirens have gone off 3 times in the last 15 hours, all the rotation and touch downs have been far enough from us that we didn't have to worry. We have had like 4-5" of rain in the last 24 hours. Unfortunately, some people to the south-east and east weren't so lucky very early this morning.
Let's see
Test drove a A6 wagon for my son. Really liked it.
Re wired a couple outlets in the kitchen
Replaced a light fixture in the laundry.
Fired up Arma and played a couple hours. Been a long time since I did that.
Watched the F1 race for a bit.
That was about it.
A little maintenance on the car, along with cataloging and photographing my late aunt's furniture and artwork that's been sitting in storage to try to get it sold off...
Oil change in the 4Runner along with trying to get the Newbaru into salable condition.
I'm going to be a bit pissed if the head gaskets need to be done after putting on a timing belt and water pump.
Wake and a funeral for a friend. Then may be privet get together of his car friends at his shop. Very un expected. My Aircooled 911 mentor is gone. Going to be a bit lost moving forward with my current project.
After that going to hopfully pick up a G wagon for my wife. Sending the H2 and the Z4 M coup down the road in exchange. Getting rid of two of my not so favorite cars for one that my wife has wanted for years. The G wagon has been a dream car of hers for so long.
I have to do the swap around of the mower and the snow blower in the lower barn. If time alows I need to empty and sort out a bunch of stuff in the shed by the driveway.
I am not sure what else is on the agenda. I think Thanksgiving house prep may be starting. I have not got me assignments yet.
