Looks like DC only which means no aluminum. Probably scratch start, too. And I don't see a foot pedal or on-torch finger adjustment for current which means no adjusting of current while welding which is one of the biggest benefits of TIG normally.
Also looks like a gas regulator isn't included.
It's TIG, but not what people normally assume when they think TIG.
