Looking for advice/opinions from the GRM collective on Spokane/CDA. Mulling over an offer to take a promotion/job change and relocate. What say ye? What is the car culture like there? Anything happening besides (I think) Goodguys showing up once a year for show-n-shine? Any local HPDE? Autocross??
On the surface, housing prices seem attractive -- looks like it's possible to get a decent house on a reasonable plot of land. Lots of stuff on the market......and lots of stuff with shop/large garage space.
