I watched Obi Wan with low expectations.  It was better than I thought it would be.

In general the series just all feel like an excuse to keep the SW machine moving.  I don't know if its Disney's fault, or really just SW fatigue.

Mando was basically the same episode repeated over and with only the first/last episode of each season advancing the story.

I liked Andor a lot, and Boba Fett, and of course, Mando.  Obiwan was pretty forgettable. Is this a writer/director thing, or what?

It's the difference between someone telling a story they're excited and passionate about, and someone cranking out something because they have to.

Obi Wan series should have been a movie. And it should NOT have had chase scenes with children. Overall I enjoyed it.

Ahsoka was good, I enjoyed it... But you really needed to watch Rebels to understand it, in my opinion. The amount of times I had to pause and explain something to my wife was a little much. The interaction with Anakin that Duke was talking about, it was super easy to follow and well done... if you had seen Rebels. But that is a huge issue with Star Wars in general.

Keeping with Ahsoka, Sabine was missing the mark for me for most of the show. Looking back on the whole, it comes together and I'm happy with her performance altogether... but you have to look at the whole series... and you kind of need the background of Rebels, again. The 2 Ezra reunions were far too lackluster though. That did not pass muster. I REALLY hope we get a second season and I really hope that Baylan's story is not abandoned.

Also, if I don't get some Hondo by the end of the Mandoverse shows and movie...

My opinion, my overall ranking is:

Andor > Mando > Rebels > Ahsoka > Tales of the Jedi > Bad Batch > TCW > Obi Wan > BoBF

Not included here are Droids and Ewoks, because I’ve never seen them (tried to watch but Meh), Resistance and Young Jedi Adventures because they’re kids shows, and Visions because it’s not really canon and kinda all over the place (some of it is REALLY good though)

Additionally, I rated the entire shows. Season 7 of TCW is very near the top of the rankings, but seasons 1-3 drag it down. The Mandalorian episodes of BoBF are really pretty damn good… but they’re not about Boba Fett at all, and hurt the series. And Mandalorian is hurt by the fact that you have to watch another series to know what’s going on. The Kai Patterson cut of Kenobi would have been above TCW and BB...

Andor though stands in a class all by itself.

Just like all that Endgame stuff, there is simply too much time investment for me to keep up. I haven't even watched the Mandarin yet. I hear there's a baby Chewie or something...

Same here. I saw the Avengers...but once it all went into outer space and the universe got too big I just didn't care anymore. I still don't even know how Endgame actually ends, but memes have given me some context. I think I saw all the new Star Wars movies...the one with the purple hair lady I think was most recent I saw. Just felt kinda repetitive and shallow. I greatly enjoyed the original trilogy and remember feeling really moved during the pinnacle "Luke I am your father" final battle scene.

The new stuff just doesn't seem to have that genuine soul of the originals. I suppose that's the trade-off when you broaden your appeal. Instead of hitting a few people very deeply, it hits a lot of people very shallowly.

In reply to maschinenbau :

Or, most of the Star Wars stuff, which means not the movies, hits very deep to a limited audience of fanatics.
