Strange goings on at the D.C. Impound.

I haven't been on the govdeals site for some months now but D.C. currently only has about 40+ vehicles on there when it's normally over 100 every two weeks and almost all have a no-title status which was almost none about a year or so ago but I had been noticing some creep in that direction.  I have no clue but is the local goobermint finding it hard clear titles for the cars it seizes nowadays?  Judging by the lack of parking people haven't given up on their cars yet even though every chest-less male in this city seems to ride those free electric scooters everywhere looking like complete twerps so maybe people have just gotten better at avoiding two unpaid tickets. 

I wonder if any of the other cities across the land are seeing the same trend on GovDeals? Not good if so.  

 Or maybe good if you know a title service.

The more important question is that if you purchase a car on there for say $1000 and you find 4 kilos of Columbian Gold in the gas tank, and move said product for $15k, do you now have $16018 dollars remaining in your challenge budget? 

Pretty much, selling off stuff from your challenge scores is supposed to count for something.  Would probably need to get a ruling on it. 

Maybe give a pound and a big sack of twinkies to the judges panel, you know, to cloud their judgment.  Do bribes count against your budget?

I think you're only allowed to recoup the purchase price of the car. You can use the remaining Gold to motivate your work crew.

Closed out at $264.60 fees included.   2+ months until I get a new place and can start registering vehicles again. 

Gov deals in my area frequently goes for higher than street value. It is weird.

People loose their minds over police Tahoes. I have no idea why. Maybe it's the hidden yayo?

That is no good.  They will just want to sit around eating pizza and listening to music, that won't help.
