So, I found this, and don't quite know what is going on. I can't quite wrap my mind around the asking price either. If I wanted to take on a project to turn this back into an X90, (I don't) I'd probably not think this is worth more than $500 if it runs otherwise.

Doesn't look to be worth any less than when it was a 4-wheel version. Since the first time I ever clapped eyes on one, I have been completely baffled by the existence of the X90. Nothing even came close to being so totally useless until Nissan decided to make a convertible Murano.
I wanna drop a turbo motor into it, fix the front and make a ghetto ass Capuccino.

Not really. We're parting three of them right now. While the supply of X90 parts is low, the demand is even lower.
