Yeah, he is pretty much a hobby without having any others. This little guy brightens my day more than anything else. He is always happy to see me when I come in the door.

Other than the link in his sig, there's nothing canoe-ish about the profile. Just in case, I'll warm the cannon up but at least it's not a robot.

I used to mountain bike. I know that's been mentioned before but it doesn't have to be expensive. +1 for physical fitness too! If you don't like getting wet or airborne, maybe try road biking? Just don't crash. That hurts A LOT.

Plus you can race bikes. Racing is always good.

I don't think this warrants its own thread so I'm going to threadjack for a minute here:

For the past few years I've wanted a gas (nitro?) powered RC car. Anyone have recommendations on where to start? I'd like something that I could upgrade and tinker with. Any particular brands? Should i be afraid to buy used? Things to look out for if I do buy used? I guess I just need a general edumacation on them. In GRM fashion cheaper is better.

thanks!

Jacques

Don't mind them. You would be surprised at the amount of Bots that have tried to infiltrate the awesome GRM haven that we have worked so hard to build here.

Welcome to the community.

I talked to a guy who started hobby home brewing. There's a nice non-car hobby, and in the end you get beer!

In reply to Platinum90:

Hey man thanks!

Anyway, I saw your little pal.. here's my buddy Bingo. Yeah, after all the hard, but when you see his wagging tail everything becomes ok.. Though he stinks.
