Why do people have to claim that something healthy tastes "just like" something else? It doesn't, everybody knows it doesn't. I will eat healthy food, but I will not play along and act like I was tricked into believing it was something else.

This.
"...that has "a pretty strong bacon flavor" when it's fried."
Not exactly a claim that it tastes just like bacon.
Non the less, I'd certainly be game to try it.
I've tried regular dulse in Canada and did not like it. I'd only try dulse with bacon flavor if they were able to first remove the dulse flavor.
