See, those people aren't interested in hearing "truth" or "facts".
They are secretly afraid of the fact that they may have bought E36 M3ty cars because everyone else says they did.
This causes them to shun anyone who disagrees with their "my car is so sooperdooperberkeleyingfast" mentality (see koup v s4 thread)
They also cannot handle people pointing out that they don't know much (or anything) about cars or the automotive industry. (I RED IT ON A FORUM SO IT MUST BE TRUE GUISE!)

They proclaim to all that they are proud of their cars yet get butthurt over the slightest things (like saying a 3" exhaust on an NA 2.4 litre making 170hp is overkill, and they're "13hp gain" from putting on said exhaust, is bogus.)

Forum is probably on the way out, which I'm fine with, because essentially all the useful information on there stopped coming about 2 years ago. Everything relevant can be found through the fsm (which is online and free with registration) or throgh here (because a car is a car is a car, and setup is pretty universal, with small tweaks)

There was a hondaboi troll in the early days of the forum that was ALL negative and useless/baseless content, and I honestly think they let him stay longer than they let you guys stay.=/

anouther interesting law is one the federal government made along time ago..... testing was done on very lean burn ratios...i think it was like 21 to 1 maby it was higher.... they found that nox dropped and all the emissions got lower so they passed a law stating all gas engine must run 14.7 to one.

Dummy said: i can lock up the wheels on my TDI golf too...and it has drums on the rears..does that mean i have enough breaking power? NO..it means i DONT. More pad surface means you CANT lock the wheels easly and energy will be absorbed trough the pads not trough the tires. What you have is grippy pads that chew trough your disks faster and make the wheel locking easyer..it does NOT mean you upgraded your brakes...unless you had 30 years old crappy pads.
