Potentially the worst movie ever made was "Manos, Hands of Fate". MST3K got to it to parody, but it was so bad, even they couldn't redeam it. The evil doctor guy actually apologizes to Joe for stooping too low down the rung of horrible movies. But, it was a complete crappy budget horror flick so can be forgiven for that, as opposed to movies with good casts that had no right to be as bad as they were.

Understand: Eraserhead was David Lynch's senior project in film college in the '60s, and had a budget of about $2000. Of course it was weird and non-understandable and badly made.

And you either like Wes Anderson movies, or you don't. I happen to, but I understand why some folks don't.

Bless its heart. It tries so hard to be profound, and yet it fails so very badly. And waaaaaay too many people give it a pass just because it's a "car guy movie."

It's been on BBCA or AMC or some channel like that, lately, and I tried watching it. Twice. That is some berkeleyed up E36 M3, man. No way. I can't trip to watch that movie.

I cant stand Jack Black, so anything he did. There is a movie called "Crash." Not the great one, with all of the famous actors. This one was about a group of people that reconstruct historical car wrecks (James Dean) and then have an orgy at the site. Needless to say, my wife was very surprised.

The worst movie I've ever seen is probably Howard the Duck, aka foreshadowing of George Lucas going crazy.

Never seen it, but I can tell you the problem was a lack of Bill Murray. A quick look at wikipedia indicated he actually sued the producers over using his gopher idea, and got an undisclosed out of court settlement, so it must have been REALLY bad.

No movie has angered me in its total and complete pointlessness more than this one.

Night at the Roxbury. It kicked off what would be a lifelong hate for Will Ferrell.

My brother has been telling me that the Adam Sandler/Andy Samberg movie "That's my boy" is awesome. I doubted it after seeing Grown Up's, but I saw it was on the other night, and caught the last 45 minutes of it or so. Wow what a colossal piece of E36 M3 that movie is!!! I wanted to gouge my eyes out after seeing that. I really enjoyed some of his earlier work, but man has gone down hill in a big way. I thought Grown Up's was maybe his worst, and I wanted to like it as it was filmed in the town next to mine,and at a lot of places we frequent, but man what a piece of E36 M3!! That's my boy is definitely worse than that however. How does he still get financing?

My nomination for more recent movies would be RIPD, just very poorly done movie. Horrible CGI. Way more concept then content.

A couple years ago I got stuck watching a movie with my now fiance and her roommates (both of them girls). I can state that the movie 'I Am Number Four' is the worst movie I have ever seen.

When I say that, I mean awful. This coming from someone that can enjoy low buget SyFy movies for what they are. I like hilariously bad, over the top movies. This turf was just awful in every single metric of film review standards.

The only thing that I've seen that was worse than this was the 3 minutes of 'Twilight' that I saw because it was on whatever channel the tv was on when I turned it on.
