Given that answer, yeah, it pretty much does.

How is that possible?

I've had pistachio ice cream once or twice, but i don't think that counts...
I don't really have an answer to your question.
No, you don't, nor do you have a valid excuse. I command thee to the local pistachio vendor posthaste!

The red dye was applied after the taxes were paid. If you sold undyed nuts you were in big trouble with the tax collector. This was in Persia I believe.

Nonsense I could stop anytime if I wanted to

I've considered dyeing my nuts, but the urge quickly passes.
I bet pistachios and bacon is a fantastic combo. I wish I wasn't at work or I would find out RIGHT NOW!!!
Thanks a lot. All I can think about now are pistachios.
Luckily there is a giant nut processing plant with an outlet store attached just 2 blocks from my work. Looks like I'll be there at lunchtime.

Roast em in bacon fat like pine nuts, sprinkle on awesome salad?
You guys have defied my wishes for this to be the worst thread on GRM
Which makes me wonder, is there a worst thread on GRM?

I'll refer you here:
Superior Nut Company. Teehee
Don't like spistachios. More of an almond or walnut guy. Or peanuts, 'cause they go good with m' Budweiser.
The worst part of this thread is the consensus that pistachios are the bewbies of nuts.
Gimme Cajun Creole spicy, roasted peanuts anytime.

Pistachios don't need any extra flavoring to make them taste awesome...

After a night at a tapas restaraunt, my wife decided brussel sprouts sauteed in bacon is something she should have more often.
I wonder how sauteed brussel sprouts, bacon and pistaschios would be.
Interesting texture anyway.

You are aware that that move will put you out of contention for worst thread and into the awesome category, right?

I gotta agree with you, oldsaw. Nothing beats Cajun roast peanuts!
Some time in November I was dared into doing the 50 Nugget Challenge. 50 McDonald's chicken mcnuggets in one sitting, with large order of fries and a large soda. I finished it in 32 minutes, and I can say it was the dietary low point of my entire life. I will never eat fast food again. The last nugget was possibly the worst thing I have ever eaten.
I'm only 6 foot, 190 pounds, but I think I retained every last molecule from that meal. I'm STILL working to get my abs back.
