I bought a 2013 MS3 in May of this year. It was a great all-around car. A couple weeks ago, I got rear-ended by a local high school, drunk, 40 year old, honors English teacher. The car had 6640 miles on it. Needless to say, I'm a little annoyed and my back and neck hurt a lot more than I ever expected. The car took it like a champ, though, and did an excellent job of keeping me from getting really hurt. What are the chances that my car will still be as good as new?
My rental car is a Fiat 500. The thing is painfully slow, but fun in a funky sort of way.

EW.
I got stuck with a Fiat 500 as my last rental car. I wanted to kill myself.

Yeah, I had trouble merging with traffic while trying to leave Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
My friend was driving his new Focus and a road rager tried PITing him unsuccessfully. Go his plate and description. Police took care of the rest. Sucks.
All that safety E36 M3 is made for dumb people. If you're buckled up and driving safely, it doesn't effect how you feel, but It'll save the life of some shiny happy person doing 120 in a 25.

Sorry, but your car ain't gonna be the same, depending on how bad it was nailed. Got pics?

Quoted for truth, and at that age & mileage, you definitely have diminished value.

+2- two rentals. ugh.
rotard- glad you think you are ok. Take the time to stretch and exercise it out- I bet there are some uncomfortable microtears in your muscles. bummer about the car.
Yeah if the hit was hard enough to cause you any pain, the car's bent
Do you have comprehensive insurance on it?
Her insurance is covering everything. She has the same insurer that I do, USAA. I'm just really bummed out about my car. I'm at work, so I don't have access to the pictures.
It doesn't take much to get hurt. See your doctor just to make sure. A friend of mine broke a vertebrate in his neck and suffered for many years. He never went to the doctor.
As for your car, it depends how hard it was hit. Make sure you take it to a high end shop for the repair.
