it's easy to be heartless towards people you never met.
You've never met me in person. I have no love for flatout stupidity once people are past the age of 14. At that point, it simply becomes you acting immature and not growing the f*&k up and accepting responsibility for yourself.

I read a news story some years ago about something similar happening, except it was without a Jeep, and add a bridge. Somewhere many years ago, a train was crossing a bridge when it collapsed, sending the train into a valley and killing everyone.
A story sprang up where if you went out to the new trestle on the anniversary of the crash, at the time of the crash you could hear screeching or screaming or something. Whatever.
A group of people were out there that night, on a full moon when all of a sudden they heard something, problem was, it was a real freaking train. Most of the group (14 or so) was able to run off the end of the bridge and avoid certain death, however one decided to jump, and one didn't make it and was struck by the train.
See kids? Smoking is bad for you.
I'll see if I can dig up that story.
You have to admit they probably heard screeching and screaming.
I've been dying to use this and now I've found the perfect opportunity.

On a semi related note:
When I was about thirteen, my father used to take my cousin and I to an outdoor shooting area that was near the tracks.
One day, it was especially crowded, so we decided to move to a more remote area. For the record, walked along the tracks, not on them. Suddenly, we heard the train horn as it rounded a bend behind us. We were on a particularly narrow section and backed up to a hill. We faced the train which was at least a dozen feet away but felt as if it was much closer. It was terrifying and I was completely shocked that we did not hear a sound until the engineer sounded the horn. Lesson learned and remembered.
To this day, I am exceedingly cautious at railroad crossings.
This thread has really derailed... (There I said it)
I do feel bad for the families though.

I hope this meme comes back with a vengeance, it's set in NYC with Sam Jackson. It was the best of the series.
I'd rather play Soul Train.
