The British magazine CAR got a few votes, and a few years ago I would have also recommended them....no more. Ironically, a magazine that merged with CAR and has recently re-surfaced as a seperate magazine (Performance Car) would get my vote if the criteria was able to include mags sold in the U.S. but printed elsewhere.

For domestically produced mags? Hands down GRM..

hahaha... Roundel is the most boring car magazine I have ever read.

I think Bimmer is kind of up there too.. I like the UK mags better
