I am somewhat ashamed that my first post on this board is not car-related, but I am hopeful that someone here would have a recommendation for how I can upload HD video to youtube.
My daughters play competitive volleyball and I make HD videos of their games. Each set works out to about 1.5GB, large enough that my home internet service chokes when trying to upload to youtube. For a while I would be able to use the wifi at my company's Houston office. There each set would take around 15 minutes to load.
Are there any services that can provide temporary, fast data upload? Should I go to the local Starbucks and plan to hang out there for an afternoon? Any guidance on this would be much appreciated.

I would speak with your ISP and see if they can do anything about your speed issues. Obviously, using a system connected directly via cable to the router/modem will be faster and more stable than over WiFi.
Many ISP's limit upload speeds to prevent people from running servers on their local networks as that is a revenue point for them.
Some other options:
You could try uploading overnight, since the usage tends to drop when everyone is asleep (usually).
Of course "borrowing" someone else's network is acceptable as well as long as you don't mind paying them for their coffee, etc.
Uploading overnight is a good idea. A wired connection to your modem might help in terms of speed, but that depends on how fast your Internet connection is - typically the Internet connection speed is more of a bottleneck than wifi speed. If connection reliability is a problem, a wired connection can only help there.
Home ISPs do heavily limit upload speeds, a business connection may be faster.
I usually see around 12Mbps download but only 0.5Mbps upload speeds. That is directly connected to the modem. At night I may see 0.75Mbps upload, but that is the best it will do. My ISP says that since household demand is primarily download, they heavily weight available bandwidth that way.
Most ISPs offer lower upload than download, but using wifi has another problem, the routers can overheat sometimes. Otherwise just upload over night.
