Its rated R and there's some pretty strong language (a whoooooollle lotta F-bombs) and copious blood and violence, but no nudity or anything of that ilk. Not sure how you raise your kids, so that's for you to decide.

Watched this again the other night. Laughed as hard as I did when I saw it in theaters last year. Definitely my favorite Christmas movie.
