I need a new wallet. I front pocket carry. My current on is leather with two pockets for cards and a cash clip. It's falling apart.
I don't like bifolds or trifolds.
What do we know about ones like ridge wallets or slim clip style?
Thanks!

I also front carry. Dopp is my wallet of choice.

I bought a slim business card holder to use as a wallet from this same seller. I think they're GRM related as I remember someone here recommending them.
Looking back in my Etsy messages it seems David Wallens set me to the seller. This is the one I bought and I'm still very happy with.
I decided to try front carry in 2021. I bought a FlipSide wallet. It holds a ton of cards and still has room for bills. It's been solid.
I bought the Grip 6 with the loop, and I like it so much that I bought another as a Christmas gift for one of the guys at work.
I carry it in my front pocket. The loop makes it easy to grab and I find myself spinning it without even thinking about it sometimes.
I've had a Ragged Edge carbon fiber wallet for the last 15 years.
So I ended up ordering a Ridge wallet. I got the money belt and the clip to see which one i like best. Also 99 day free return so I figured I'd give it a shot. Thanks for all the feedback! I'll post my unsolicited review up here once I get it and have it for a while.
So I tried the Ridge. Didn't like it. It was difficult to get just one card out. And I also keep my work door badge in my wallet and it wasn't easy to do with the Ridge. The search continues.
I've been trying to become more minimalist with wallets and daily carry items.
I went with a phone case with detachable card holder that can double as a front carry wallet. It lets me carry the wallet portion with the phone or separate, and still use MagSafe or wireless charging.
I have my license, debit card, and a credit card in it. I wish it had a money clip, and I've been thinking about trying to modify it, but don't usually vary more than a few bills, so I haven't bothered.
This is what I use: Phone case with detachable wallet
I like Allet wallets. On my second one now. I forget when I bought the first one, but it was over a decade.
I've always just had a traditional bi-fold leather wallet (OK, for a while in the 80's I rocked a sweet ballistic nylon wallet with Velcro fastening because astronauts).
Today, the trick set-ups are hard cased wallets like this...
...but I'm turned off by the advertising because the "before" wallets have something like two inches of stuff and 1/2 an inch of wallet material and yet with the "after" wallet, somehow, magically, is only an inch or so thick; obviously a lot of house cleaning took place between the before and after.
Unless SLIMMINT et. al. are accomplishing some sort of amazing quantum super position of matter, one inch won't be enough.
Anyway, I'm following this thread with interest as I'd love to have RF protection but even with being well organized, I need more than an inch or so.
I have a Huskk wallet from Amazon. It's cheap holds a lot of cards and cash, and the tab is elastic so you don't have to push a card down for the tab to be down. Had it since 2020 and it's held up great. I daily carry about 10 cards and can fit 5-8 bills in the back
