Or it could be that the owner's neighbors really want it to disappear.
I would take it to a remote place, pull the tires, and burn it. Bingo... nice frame for a 2-car trailer.
Just imagine the power washer porn of cleaning that thing with 3,000 psi.
It's a bit far for me but I'd at least look at it if I lived within a couple hundred miles.

Burning it??!! Nooooo! Can you imagine the E36 M3 being released into the atmosphere when you torch that thing? In my experience, those things are basically a redneck home intended specifically for the vacation period - the period when the owner is the most drunk and horny and the least interested in showering. Now, imagine that combined with thick shag carpets, a cramped toilette space, a minimal kitchen and nobody cleaning it for 30 years. Ad on constant condensation and a leaking roof and you have yourself a trailer sized petri dish for growing new species - the nightmare kind. We are talking nuclear fall out and monster quantities of seriously biohazard junk steaming away in a thick, oily pillar of smoke. You'd wipe out humanity and wild life from half the continent.
"Sergeant? Is that an oil rig burning in the distance?"
"No mam, but we sure which it was! Now, please put your mask back on and get into the helicopter."
What would be the responsible thing to do is to enclose it in a temporary lead and concrete sarcophagus on site. Then carefully transport it to some abandoned gold mine, the crazy deep kind, and permanently store it 2miles under ground while declaring the area inhabitable for at least 2000 years. That would be taking the appropriate responsibility for the generations to come.

Nah, here it could 30 years older and still not have any green on it. In fact, it'd probably be mostly faded, rust free, with a hefty serving of Hanta.
Make the back of it into a ramp that opens, beef up the floor as needed, power wash it inside and out and bam, you have an enclosed auto transport trailer.
