He'll get plenty of protein shakes in prison.
I think you guys will be disappointed, I don't know the details of the case or the law in WA, but in OH a simple assault is a first degree misdemeanor - no more than six months in jail and quite possible a lot less.
Too many people in prison for drug charges to be really punishing violent criminals you know. Priorities.

Okay, this made me choke laughing. Must stop reading forums while eating lunch.

There's a good chance this is felony assault. The "that's what I do" comment implies intent.

Yeah, this will most likely be a felony. Especially with a serious injury or death. Remember an aggravated assault charge is a felony. I would be willing to bet dollars to donuts this shiny happy person has a prior record too. He will be in jail for atleast a year.
Shadow, I was going to throw the word "intent" at you, but I see that has been taken care of for me. Fortunately, it should be very easy to show intent in this case especially with the turd's muttered statement.
Rather than sticking him in jail, I want him to be shackled to a E36 M3 job with 2/3 of every paycheck taken to payback the kid he injured for all the costs and pain and suffering he put him through.

I would love for this type of punishment to be given out. I don't think it would be constitutional though.

Thanks, now I feel like less of a horrible person, because I was tempted to put something along the same lines in my original post, then let it go because his boy got gorked and even stupid people don't deserve that.
