Rhubarb and strawberry pie is a good bipartisan effort- the sweetness of the strawberries works well with the tart rhubarb, creating a coalition of flavors that leaves both stronger.

You musta quoted that off iron chef- I swear they just said that.
Apple Cobbler or Apple Pie. With whipped Cream. Although Pumpkin Pie season is sorely missed around here.
I would also vote for cobbler, well at least one particular cobbler.
Ex-girlfriend of mine, her parents lived outside of town in a hilly, wooded area. Her mother would go out in the morning and pick fresh wild blackberries, by that afternoon, we would be sitting on the deck eating blackberry cobbler with fresh vanilla ice cream.
I should have been able to keep her parents after the break-up.

Not as far as I know, the apple-rhubarb pie is a standard downunder and stawberry-rhubarb is common in the US

My parents always grew rhubarb. I thought it was something my dad had brought from England since no else I talked to around here had had it.

Not to sound like a pompous ass, but that's probably because it's spelled "quiche"
I do like a good quiche. I get fresh eggs on occasion (dude I work with raises chickens), and they make an excellent quiche. Throw in some bacon, cheddar cheese, peppers, mushrooms, maybe even some shredded potatoes...breakfast quiche is delicious.

Graeter's...they melt pure chocolate and coat the inside of the bucket the ice cream is about to be made in, then freeze it solid. As the cream and sugar and other ingredients are mixed in said bucket, the blade of the mixer breaks the shell up and into the ice cream. Some chunks are too big to fit in your mouth...it is glorious. Mint chip is by far my favorite flavor of theirs. Sometimes, Im glad I live in Cinci.

We did jello shots at the call center. A 19 year old brought them in. I had 4. I swear they were made out of pure vodka.
