I mean we had I think 6 CNC machines with spindles at high RPM cutting aluminum last night so I suspect it's possible. I'll need to try to remember to check next time I'm at work. I might forget over the course of the weekend though.

This happens to me from time to time. I usually just make sure my wife and dog are ok. Maybe I'm just an shiny happy person.

The Android apps Infrasound Detector and Oscilloscope could help you find out.
I was curious and downloaded that infrasound app. Walking around the shop it's bouncing between 16-22 Hz. So right in that range. Very interesting.
I'm going to test it out in some other places.
It was a dark and calm night, I was driving. What came over me like my blood pressure went up, my ears got warm and my arm got goosebumps was someone was about to get shot. After about three minutes of being very alert now and carefully passing cars it happened. A bright flash in the car next to me but no noise. The driver was shot with a camera by the passenger.

That car lasted for many years until it threw a rod so hard that shoved the power steering pump into the radiator. During rush hour traffic.
