Sorry bubba, I don't really give a E36 M3. There's dozens of waaaay more knowledgable Shelby-heads that pointed it out on the blogs and YouBoob videos. It's a car, happy?

FWIW, you couldn't factory order stripes on the 'vert GT500's in those years.

In reply to Javelin: Dealer install is always an option ......then again, I've seen things from Shelby most didn't know existed.

i was at the show, about a block away when that happened... i heard the roar of the car, then the roar of the crowd.. wandered over that way to see what the commotion was all about... asked what happened, one guy told me that the car tried to launch off the dyno..

I think you may be right. You are obviously knowledgeable on the subject.

So what. It's still a flounder. Automotive flounder, yes, but still an off-subject attempt to change the topic and start a pissing contest.

I appreciate the education on Shelbys, but I'd much rather you start a thread sharing info on Shelbys than attack a thread on a different subject trying to prove how much you know.

Whether it is a Shelby or not has absolutely no impact on the fact that the dyno broke and the car got boned.

The AACA (antique auto club of America) website was hacked by the Syrians as well, along with the NY times, Twitter and the Huffington Post.
