Any thoughts on a central location in the lower mainland?

So, it looks like Sunday or Monday are the only days that will put everyone in the same location.

Perhaps an evening on one of those days? Either one will work for me.

Sunday evening (after dinner) is what works for me. Too much stuff scheduled already....

How about when you show up say "I'm here with the GRM group". If they don't know what your talking about say "well, we need a table for X".
Then as the others show up, we'll all be led to the GRM group??

I'll be there at 7. I'll get a table for 6 and say the name is GRM.

Timing didn't quite work out how I anticipated, will see about making it up if/when round two happens.
